9 STAGES OF CHANDRAKALAYOGA

Bio-Plasmic Modulation Therapy (BPM Therapy) is deeply rooted in Chandrakala Yoga, an ancient yogic empowerment system that forms its philosophical and functional base. Chandrakala Yoga is a nine-stage evolutionary practice derived from the Thirumantram of Thirumoolar, belonging to the Agasthya-guided 18 Siddha tradition, and structured through Kriyayoga principles.

This progressive system is designed to harmonize the body, mind, sensory system, and subtle energies through systematic stages—beginning with Chandra Yoga, the tuning phase that prepares the psychobiological structure for balance, resilience, and inner regulation. As the stages advance, the practice supports deeper neuro-cognitive clarity, emotional stability, sensory coordination, and refined awareness, while remaining grounded in practical life engagement.

Chandrakala Yoga emphasizes self-regulation, internal alignment, and experiential awareness, making it a powerful foundation for BPM Therapy’s non-invasive healing, rehabilitation, and life-science applications. Koumudi Kriya is a women empowerment speciality of Chandrakalayoga

This method is based on ancient ‘Kriyayoga’ science and it is a scientific application to get a healthy life.

It support hormone restructuring and cure women problems.

It is a Seven days package and each session lasting 1hr 30minutes..

If it is with any package you should opt the time in between 6pm to 9pm.

It is strictly related with the effect of lunar magnetism in sodium content of our body and neuro-structure.

It includes one kriya to get stress-relief and body refreshment.

It is helpful for hormonal balancing.

Some of the exercises are used for the preventive breast cancer therapy.

It is proved to reduce PMS and related women issues including menopause problem.

It is helpful for reducing anxiety and sleeping disorders.

As per the lunar cycle and its effect on hormones, visible mood changes, body temperature variations are normal.

7 days course is only a supporting training, and 90 days regular practice is necessary for visible extreme results.

After 90 days there is a review session for 3days (not continuous days) to make suitable changes.

We are utilizing few basic hadhayoga postures and breathing techniques to faster tuning.

6 days practice lead a person to reach the Chandrayoga practice.

7th day conclusion is a combination of Kriyayoga, Mudra and related postures to achieve the result.

Chandrakala Yoga – The Nine Stages

Stage 1: Tuning Program (Chandra Yoga)

The foundational stage that cleanses body–mind sheaths and prepares the psychobiological system through lunar energy alignment, improving mental clarity, immunity, and hormonal balance.

Stage 2: Cleansing Program

A deeper purification stage that harmonizes mind and vital energies (pancha pranas), enhances calmness, improves physical efficiency, and corrects psychosomatic imbalances.

Stage 3: Neuro-Nourishing Navigation (3N Method)

Focuses on strengthening mind–intellect coordination, improving concentration, emotional stability, memory support, and neuro-cognitive resilience.

Stage 4: Sensory Stabilisation Sovereignty (3S Method)

Stabilizes sensory and emotional fluctuations through controlled awareness, improving inner balance, outlook, and interpersonal harmony.

Stage 5: Conditional Concentration Co-ordination (3C Method)

A stage of advanced internal focus supporting pratyahara and dharana, leading toward meditative absorption and refined observation abilities.

Stage 6: Emerging to Eternal Excellence – Phase 1

Initiates deep internal cleansing of mental impressions (vasanas), supports detachment, chakra activation, and restructuring of deep-rooted thought patterns.

Stage 7: Emerging to Eternal Excellence – Phase 2

Enhances subtle energy perception and empathetic tuning, enabling non-medicinal support for physical and psychological conditions through energy regulation.

Stage 8: Emerging to Eternal Excellence – Phase 3

Expands awareness of subtle and beyond-sensory energies, supporting inner normalization, experiential insight, and clarity beyond external illusions.

Stage 9: Thirumoolar’s Chandrakala Yoga

The culmination stage aligned with the eightfold yogic path, emphasizing self-realization, detachment, karmic understanding, and stable inner equanimity.
